Our Client is an award winning luxury residential builder that specialises in building projects in the Eastern & South Eastern suburbs.  They have numerous revenue streams ranging from one-off custom new build homes to renovations as well as luxury townhouse projects ranging in value from $500K - $30M.

They have a large-scale, $15M luxury home new build in Toorak that requires a capable Site Manager to deliver.

The role will work closely with the Director and oversee all aspects of delivery as well as assisting with other coordination aspects.  The role will be Client-facing so you must be well presented & personable with the right attitude and the ability to deal with demanding Clients.
