Site Manager — Desalination Project

RIEFILT is deploying a major SWRO desalination facility in a Dubai industrial free zone. As Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site construction, mechanical completion, and commissioning activities through to plant handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations including subcontractor coordination
• Oversee mechanical and electrical installation of SWRO trains
• Ensure HSE compliance according to UAE regulations and RIEFILT standards
• Monitor construction progress against project schedule and budget
• Coordinate with RIEFILT engineering team in Germany for technical support
• Manage commissioning, performance testing, and client handover

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• 7+ years in water/wastewater plant construction, min. 3 years as Site Manager
• Experience with desalination or industrial water projects in GCC
