🚧 Site Manager – Structured Cabling 
📍  Location:  Client Sites (UK) or E14 
 📑  Reports to:  Project Manager 
 About the Role 
 Our client is seeking a  Site Manager  to lead and oversee structured cabling works on construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery across multiple sites. 
🔑 Key Responsibilities 
 Risk Management:  Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly. 
 Quality Management:  Develop and implement quality control plans, ensuring projects meet or exceed standards. 
 Communication:  Provide clear, regular updates on progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders. 
 Team Leadership:  Manage, motivate, and guide engineering teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment on project goals.
