About the Role
A contracting company in Sharjah is looking for a skilled Site Foreman to manage daily onsite activities supervise labor and ensure projects are executed according to drawings and timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise construction works and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate site activities and manage labor workforce
- Ensure proper use of materials tools and equipment
- Communicate with engineers and report daily site progress
- Resolve onsite issues and maintain project quality standards
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision within UAE
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good leadership and communication skills
- UAE driving license is a plus
