About the Role

            Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all on-site interior fit-out activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. 
Manage and oversee site workers, subcontractors, carpenters, painters, MEP teams, and other trades involved in interior projects. 
Ensure daily site operations are carried out efficiently while maintaining quality standards and productivity targets. 
Monitor project progress and report updates, challenges, and resource requirements to the Project Manager / Site Engineer. 
Interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents to guide site execution. 
Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues promptly. 
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available on-site as per project requirements.
