About the Role

Fan Milk PLC is looking for an agile and strategic team member to join the team as a Site Electrical Automation Engineer.

The Site Electrical Automation Engineer will be responsible for managing all site electrical automation and control systems to ensure safe, reliable, and optimum performance of plant and equipment in conformance with engineering and safety standards. In this role, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager.


The position is a permanent position based in Accra GHANA.


About You

  • Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering

  • A minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in maintenance engineering in food or drink manufacturing environment.

  • Proven first line management skill.

  • Proven first line maintenance skills.

  • Resource management Skills
