Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, legally attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
• Strict requirement to hold an active and valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineering Card (G+4 or higher) to legally operate on construction sites.
• Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of active, hands‑on experience managing heavy civil infrastructure or highway construction projects within the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily site operations and direct heavy machinery, ensuring all concrete pours and structural builds comply strictly with RTA and Dubai Municipality blueprints.
• Navigate complex supply chain logistics, ordering raw materials in advance and coordinating with subcontractors to prevent expensive project delays.
