About the Role
We're pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for two Permanent Signaller's to join our dynamic AIW/IM team in Taffs Well.
This is a 35-hour-per-week role, working 12-hour shifts across three days on a rota basis. The role supports 24/7 operations, 365 days a year, including nights, weekends and bank holidays
In this role, you will manage the signalling workstation on a shift basis, ensuring all operating standards and procedures are followed. You will also support the safe and efficient operation of train services , helping to deliver high standards of safety and performance.
This role offers a unique opportunity to support the South Wales Metro project , helping deliver the Welsh Government's ambitions for new services across the Core Valley Lines. This includes new rolling stock and an increased timetable , providing more services for the public.
