About The Role
We pride ourselves on having the best showrooms in the industry, therefore keeping them up-to-date throughout annual refits is essential. With this in mind, we are looking for candidates to support our Showroom Development department with the administrational duties.
Main responsibilities: Create and coordinate purchase orders to ensure all suppliers are paid once works are completed to Wrens standards.
Communicate with all internal departments when investigating issues and organising production and deliveries
Create and update records, data bases, and trackers in relation to current refits
Proactively take on multiple tasks to ensure all work is covered with management or colleagues
Collation of documentation from external stakeholders
Schedule all kitchen & Bedroom deliveries
Organise all skip deliveries and refit waste collections
