Shovel Operator

Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Shovel Operator with Ready-Mix industry experience in the UAE to operate wheel loaders/shovels for handling aggregates and raw materials within batching plant operations. The operator will ensure efficient material loading, stockpile management, and safe equipment operation.

The ideal candidate must have experience working in Ready-Mix or concrete production plants and be familiar with plant safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loader/shovel safely and efficiently within the batching plant.
  
• Load aggregates and raw materials into batching plant bins and hoppers.
  
• Manage aggregate stockpiles and maintain material segregation.
