Short-Term Insurance Administrator / Representative

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ Years experience in the same or similar industry
• NQF4 qualifications and credits
• Class of Business completed for STI Personal and Commercial lines
• NQF5 passed for STI (Highly advantageous)
• Experience on SANTAM online system (Highly advantageous)
• Product specific training completed with main players in insurance industry: Santam, Old Mutual, Momentum (Previously Alexander Forbes), Bryte etc. (Highly advantageous)

Responsibilities:

• Make- and receive calls to clients
• Do- and follow through amendments to client policies
• Evaluate cover to avoid under insurance
• Advise on claims under what section covered on policies
• Involvement with claims intermediary service (Client satisfied)
• Evaluate rates online-items and negotiate premiums
• Completeness and accuracy of Record-of-Advice
