1. Business Performance & Commercial Management

  • Deliver annual targets for sales, leasing, occupancy, and OPEX as approved by the Board.
  • Safeguard the existing business by proactively managing tenant retention and maintaining strong tenant relationships.
  • Drive the execution of the commercial center’s repositioning and leasing strategy.
