Job Summary (Purpose)
Reporting to the Foodstuffs Team Leader, the Foodstuffs Shopper Development Manager – National role is pivotal in accelerating growth with a strategic retailer by fostering customer engagement and brand penetration across the Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, and Loyalty framework. The manager will develop and execute a truly omnichannel category strategy, coordinate category solutions and range reviews, and communicate and align strategies across the broader team. The role requires working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment and engaging numerous internal and external stakeholders.
