Primary Responsibilities
Assists in the floor supervision of night shipping employees in accordance with Breakthru Beverage’ policies, while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Responsibilities include daily planning, assigning, and directing work activities; rewarding and disciplining employees; interviewing, hiring, training, and developing staff; addressing and resolving employee concerns while consulting with Human Resources as appropriate
Accountable for leading the proper operation of the automated material handling system which includes wave control software and computerized merge and sortation system. Includes training & managing select hourly employees in the operation of the system
