Job Responsibilities :

• Establish and uphold business standards to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and operational reliability
• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth departmental functions
• Conduct annual performance reviews and continuously assess and improve internal processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements
• Manage departmental budgets in alignment with business objectives
• Lead a team responsible for import, export, transshipment, and nomination activities
• Develop the team’s capabilities and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed
• Monitor daily operations and provide support in resolving issues as they arise
