Our client is one of the leading shipping company . Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Shipping Capacity Manager be part of their Shipping Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area, easily assessible.
Duties of Shipping Capacity Manager: Lead and mentor the capacity management team, improving operational performance and communication. Oversee cargo flow, including booking, loading, transshipment, and final delivery processes. Maximize vessel space utilization and adjust allocations based on real-time demand and schedules. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Documentation, Operations) to meet service and customer requirements. Monitor cargo status, track key milestones, and report on capacity usage and operational risks. Drive efficiency improvements through bottleneck analysis and continuous process enhancements.
