Ship Operator

We are looking for a Ship Operator to join Greenheart Management in London. Greenheart is Hayfin's dedicated in-house ship-management team, providing commercial, operational, and technical oversight across one of the world's largest institutional maritime portfolios. This is a hands‑on operational role at the heart of our fleet management activities, supporting the commercial and operational management of vessels operating under time charter.

You will work closely with Masters, charterers, agents, and internal teams: monitoring vessel performance, administering charter party obligations, and ensuring the flow of operational and financial information across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a shipping professional to develop within a growing, high‑quality maritime platform.

We are based in central London, with three days a week in the office.
