About the Role
- Minimum education bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3+ years relevant working experience
- Port Clearance & Compliance: Managing vessel pre-arrival, arrival, and departure formalities. Submitting declarations to Immigration, Sea Customs, and port authorities (such as the MPA in Singapore) to ensure compliance with local and international security regulations.
- Vessel Husbandry: Coordinating services for the ship while at berth or anchorage. This includes arranging bunkering, fresh water supply, waste removal, repairs, and deliveries of spare parts and provisions.
- Crew Management: Facilitating crew changes, processing immigration documentation, and handling medical visits or crew repatriation.
