Shift Supervisor -Lifeline

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team, working 32 hours per week on a rostered shift basis (evenings and weekends).

The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of efficient, seamless, and safe operations across Lifeline’s 24/7 service. You will provide both operational and leadership to our Helpline staff and volunteers, supporting the team to deliver high-quality, compassionate, and effective responses to people reaching out for support.

This is an opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is ready to step into a leadership role or a current leader.
