Location: Tarpon Springs, FL Compensation: $17.41/hour FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Operations Reports To: Facility Director

Position Overview

The Shift Supervisor acts as the facility supervisor in the absence of the Facility Director and/or Assistant Facility Director. This position performs duties in the areas of legal process, general custodial functions, detention operations, and dispatching as assigned. The role is responsible for helping ensure the detention center operates in a peaceful, safe, and secure manner for clients, staff, visitors, and the surrounding community.
