Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor Shall oversee and coordinate all transport, material handling, and related operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with Qatalum standards. Shall demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant operational systems. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or a Diploma with relevant experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or warehouse management within heavy industries such as aluminium smelting, oil & gas, steel, or manufacturing, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory role. Proven experience in supervising multi-disciplinary teams, including drivers, forklift operators, and warehouse personnel, within a 24/7 operational environment.
