About the Role
Job Description
- Strategically and effectively managing the team, ensuring that they are being developed, have direction, and are provided with meaningful feedback
- You will be responsible for the full day to day operation of the tray set up department and liaising with departments to achieve daily targets (E.g Kitchen, Pastry, Assembly, Stores, Planning etc.)
- Adapting to the tight schedule, fast pace and constant changing requirements but continue to delivery results as per customer specifications and schedules
- Understanding of functional and departmental goals as well as overall DO & CO business strategy
- Being a role model and leading a team to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time with maximum efficiency in accordance with correct menu specifications as displayed on all workstations.
