About the Role
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems, policies, procedures, and safe work practices to ensure continuous improvement across all operations. Supervise Safety Officers and manage team expectations, allocating responsibilities and overseeing daily SHEQ functions. Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness campaigns to embed a strong safety culture across the workforce. Ensure all HSE registers, permits, files, and contractor documentation are current, accurate, and compliant. Maintain all relevant document control in line with the SHE Document Control standard, ensuring records are kept up to date. Ensure seamless collaboration with quality and compliance departments, maintaining document control and uniformity within existing standards.
