About the Role

Job Description:

  • Drive the design, configuration, and delivery of compensation and variable pay solutions within a complex, global enterprise operating across multiple business clusters, legal entities, and joint ventures.
  • The role will lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules across multiple instances, ensuring alignment with global compensation strategies, local regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compensation & Variable Pay Solution Design

  • Lead the design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules across multiple instances.
  • Define global compensation templates, plans, and workflows while accommodating regional and legal entity variations including documented region‑specific plan variations (proration logic, payout calendars, plan suspension/redesign scenarios).
