We are seeking an experienced and professional Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of sectional title schemes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of schemes, maintaining strong relationships with trustees and owners, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of sectional title schemes in accordance with the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA) and other applicable legislation.
