The role involves deep platform customization, integrations, and collaboration with global stakeholders to deliver scalable and high‑quality ITSM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules :
  • Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge
  • Develop and maintain:
  • Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
  • Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications
  • Workflows & Flow Designer
  • Implement and maintain CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices
  • Build and support REST/SOAP integrations , MID Server configurations
