About the Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Architect to design, implement, and govern a scalable and accurate CMDB aligned with ServiceNow best practices and CSDM. The role will ensure high-quality configuration data to support ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and enterprise service visibility across on prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
" Define and own CMDB architecture, data model, and CSDM alignment
" Design and govern CI classes, relationships, and lifecycle management
" Architect Discovery and Service Mapping (horizontal and top down)
" Establish CMDB governance, data ownership, and quality controls
