About the Role

Our client is currently seeking a ServiceNow Administrator. USC only. No 3rd parties or Corp to Corp.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platforms (Development, UAT & Production), including working with ServiceNow to perform upgrades and patches.
  • Configure/Update core modules such as:
  • Incident ManagementChange ManagementProblem ManagementService Catalog
  • Manage users, roles, groups, and permissions
  • Create and maintain:
  • Workflows/Flow Designer automationsForms, fields and UI policiesBusiness rules and client scripts
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage update sets and migrations between instances
  • Manage data integrity (imports, exports, cleanup) 
  • Configure/Update notifications, SLA & reporting dashboards
  • Support integrations with other systems, ., SCCM, SolarWinds, SPLUNK.
