ServiceNow Administrator (BPO | ITSM & HRSD) – Up to ₱100K



Location: Alabang & BGC

Work Setup: Full onsite (2 days BGC, 3 days Alabang)

Role Overview



Responsible for ServiceNow platform support, configuration, and enhancements across ITSM and HRSD modules. Must have strong hands-on experience (not just ticketing use).



Key Responsibilities

Handle incidents, service requests, and HR cases

Configure workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, and notifications

Support ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request) and HRSD modules

Perform minor enhancements, integrations, and automation (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub)

Maintain system performance, dashboards, reports, and documentation

Strict Requirements (Must Have)

3–5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience (configuration level)

Strong experience in ITSM AND HRSD modules
