Job Title: Commercial Service Technician Lead. Location: Mississauga, Ontario.

Overview

This role is the primary support for commercial and industrial customers, responsible for servicing and installing Doors and Docks in an ever-changing market. The position requires handling various weather conditions and working in a dirty, dusty, oily environment.

Responsibilities

• Service and install loading dock equipment, vehicle restraints, sectional doors, and rolling doors.
• Repair and troubleshoot defective equipment.
• Maintain proper truck stock, inventory, and company vehicles.
• Accurately keep time records and detail job numbers, travel time, and equipment labeling to complete assignments on time.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for additional services and products.
• Interact courteously and professionally with customers, end‑users, and general contractors.
