Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a make-ready technician for our 452-unit dual-site apartment communities, ideally located close to I-10 and some of the world’s most beautiful beaches! As Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.
