About the Role

  • Technical support for our customers in Spain
  • Testing and repair of our laser scanning systems
  • Regular on-site visits for installation, maintenance, and repair of our diagnostic devices in Spain
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of errors by phone, email, and remote access
  • Assistance for customers in Spain with software and IT-specific issues
  • Technical remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, creation of detailed problem reports
  • Installation and configuration of our HEYEX software (mostly remote)
  • Repair of computers and peripherals
  • Repair/restoration of databases
  • Documentation of all activities and results in the ticket system
  • Proactive and independent support for customers in Spain
  • sDegree in medical technology or an equivalent education in electrotechnology (school or university
