About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity

  • Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand• Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization

  • Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis

  • Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts

  • On time communication to crews an partners is guaranteed

  • KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control

    • Qualifications

  • BE / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related major

  • Minimum 2 year - experience of Vestas turbine technical work• Proficiency in English

  • Japanese language proficiency is a plus

  • Experience in preparing detailed reports

  • Experience liaising with Blue Collar workers
