The opportunity

We are looking for an intern to support Service Project Managers in ensuring efficient and accurate execution of customer orders from entry to delivery, acting as a key interface between Sales, Operations, and Customers.

How you'll make an impact

Order Management

  • Create, review, and manage customer orders in SAP
  • Validate commercial terms (price, Incoterms, payment terms, delivery dates)
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of order data

    • Order Execution & Monitoring

  • Track order progress from booking to invoicing and delivery
  • Coordinate with supply chain, production, and logistics for timely execution
  • Proactively communicate bottlenecks (availability, delays, discrepancies)

    • Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
