About the Role
- Oversees overall service department operations, including goal setting and performance monitoring
- Manages hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of service department staff
- Prepares and administers the department’s annual operating budget
- Ensures compliance with manufacturer policies and government regulations
- Monitors productivity, quality of repairs, warranty processing, and parts availability

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a car dealership
