Service Management Business Analyst What success looks like in this role: • Provides strategic guidance in partnership with management to address significant and impactful business needs and requirements. • Conducts or leads studies to determine the economic, technical and organizational feasibility of proposed technologies or changes. • Works on applications and business problems that are highly complex and diverse in scope, overseeing contractors, global rollout, new technologies and new architecture. • Drives the globalization and standardization of technical and organizational system, application and process review. • Maintains awareness of industry standards and applies learnings to advance the knowledge of supported functional areas. • Works with leadership to develop, manage and report on solution development and process improvement efforts.
