Service & Maintenance Manager – MEP/HVAC – East Rand

Role Purpose: The Service & Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple contracts within a multi-technical facility management environment, ensuring the efficient delivery of hard services, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, HVAC, and other critical infrastructure maintenance.

The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and optimal resource allocation. The Service & Maintenance Manager leads technical teams, implements best practices, and drives continuous improvement across multiple sites while maintaining high service delivery standards.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years experience in multi-technical facility management.
