What You Will Do
:Play a key role in launching the Service Hub, ensuring alignment with project timelines, deliverables, and strategic goals, while coordinating closely with corporate leadership and cross-functional teams.
On-going management of repair, reconditioning and returns, driving operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement, while maintaining daily production targets.
Drive future growth initiatives, expanding plant capabilities and workforce.
Establish and maintain efficient, safe, and high-quality repair operations in a high-volume, low-automation environment.
Align with leadership, engineering and Service Hubs in United States to ensure process consistency and share best practices.
