Service Engineer (Medical / Dental ) (KL)

Provide in-house and on-site technical product support and installation.

Identify, analyse, and repair product failures; order replacement parts as required.

Conduct technical product training and user training for customers

Support sales & service teams at events/workshops

Perform routine servicing (contract & warranty).

Plan and conduct Preventive Maintenance.

Prepare technical reports and documentation.

Maintain excellent rapport and a healthy working relationship with customers.

Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Robotic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
• 1-2 years’ experience in the dental industry (advantageous)
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
