About the Role

An NGO active in the health sector, researching treatments for diseases.

  • The Service Desk Engineer ensures end-users can make the best use of their equipment and applications. He/she participates in the setup and configuration of network and cloud infrastructure.
  • He/she provides support in case of user requests or operational incidents with IT systems.
  • He/she oversees the setup and maintenance of computers systems (software and hardware).
  • He/she will work under the supervision of Head of IT.
  • He/she will be the backup of the Facility Manager.
  • Bachelor in informatics or same level acquired through experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies:
    Windows operating systems, Office, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange...
  • Good understanding of PC networks.
  • Knowledge of Windows server management.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware parts.
