We are looking for customer-focused and technically capable Service Desk Analysts to join our client’s IT support teams. These roles would suit candidates who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, delivering excellent customer service, and working in fast-paced IT environments.
You will provide first-line technical support to end users, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
