About the Role

Our client in the Telecommunications Industry is looking for a Service Delivery Manager.

Position Overview

The SDM will be responsible for ensuring that all SLAs are met for our service and support contracts. The SDM must maintain communication with clients and prepare and present service reports.

Key responsibilities include timely service delivery of customer solutions, accurate reporting, effective communication, team management and building solid relationships.
