Service Coordinator

Watercraft Marine is growing, and we're looking for aService Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about operational excellence and thrive in a fast-paced marine environment, we want to hear from you!

Location: Singapore (Singapore Citizens and PR's only)

• Coordinate global service attendances for lifeboats, davits, and release gear.
• Manage scheduling of engineers and local logistics across multiple time zones.
• Liaise with shipowners, superintendents, class societies, and our in-house service team.
• Issue job instructions, monitor job progress, and support engineers in the field.
• Review and compile digital service reports for submission to clients.
• Track service parts and documentation, and ensure timely invoicing.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years' experience in marine operations, technical support, or vessel servicing (preferred).
