Responsibilities
As a Service Coordinator, you will support Power Delivery, Transmission and Distribution operations. You will be the primary person responsible for assisting walk in customers.
Training will include Customer Guarantees, Gatekeeping, Contracts, backup for other service coordinators, etc. Other responsibilities may include data entry, managing mail, payroll and other tasks as assigned. Will be trained to use specific Company applications as needed.
Requirements
* High School diploma or proof of GED equivalent.
* Successful in passing clerical aptitude assessment with at least a score of 80% as well as typing 45 WPM . (Must have)
