As a Service Controller, you’ll keep our Distribution Centre workshop running efficiently by coordinating servicing, repairs, and equipment flow.
You will:
Create and manage service jobs for repairs and preventative maintenance
Schedule and coordinate equipment servicing to minimise downtime
Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and cost allocations
Order parts and ensure essential workshop supplies are always available
Monitor and update service requirements using internal systems ( Baseplan)
Support the smooth movement of equipment through the workshop
