About the Role
Responsibilities
- Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customers’ needs
- Act as a key communication link between customers, workshop and parts department to assure responsiveness
- Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
- Manage service documentation (repair orders, quotations, invoices, warranty claims, inspection reports)
- Any other tasks as assigned by manager
- Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology
- Good knowledge of motorcycle components
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
- Possess a valid class 2 driving licence
