Role & Responsibility

You will be responsible for organising the efficient and cost‑effective running of Field Service activities. This will mean that both planned and reactive work is catered for and that the most adequately positioned and qualified engineer attend our customers’ sites in the most prepared fashion as possible. You will also engage Service partners in the field as per the Service partner plan, liaising with other areas of business to ensure customer expectations are met. In addition to ensuring that your specialist field of work is tended to, you shall also understand and be capable of supporting and managing general administration tasks within the remit of this responsibility.
