About the Role

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Attend to customers including front-counter duties.
  • Handle calls, inquiries, and appointments
  • Provide administrative support such as cashiering, scanning, data entry, word processing, photocopying, and printing.
  • Perform basic problem analysis, troubleshooting, general housekeeping & maintenance, to resolve problem reported with minimal upward reference.
  • Follow agreed work practices and operating procedures.
  • Collate and consolidate information for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure work meets quality specifications.
  • Adhere to work safety measures and information securities standards.
  • Undertake any other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and executives.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
  • GCE O level
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience and direct customer interaction
