About the Role

Key Roles:

  • Ensure smooth daily operation especially incoming complaints and response on time.
  • Process warranty claims parts to dealers and monthly service report to Branch Manager.
  • Handle incoming calls and customers’ enquiries cum service repair and maintenance quotation.
  • Housekeeping of Service/Workshop Section/Department.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support functions to sales teams.
  • Handle customer order processing and follow up delivery status of order.
  • Prepare quotation, delivery order and Tax invoice.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in related discipline, preferably Business Management
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power Point, etc.
