POSITION SUMMARY:  Our servers typically make an average of $150 - $250 in tips per shift. The server is responsible for serving food and beverages for our guests in an efficient and courteous manner. This position reports to the General Manager. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as a company advocate and embody Pizzana’s values: excellent customer service, innovation, community, cleanliness, and a great place to work.
  • Participate and excel in your dining room training as you learn our menu, beverage selection, FAQs, and all things Pizzana.
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes Pizzana culture.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service within the standards of management and Pizzana policies.
